Overview: This course reviews the “UL300 Fire Testing of Fire Extinguishing Systems for Protection of Restaurant Cooking Areas” standard and explores the installation, operation, and maintenance of extinguishing systems designed specifically for fires originating on commercial type range top cooking surfaces. In addition to the training provided on the standard, this course is designed to be presented in conjunction with a prop-demonstration that encompasses many of the details covered in the lecture portion.
