Overview:

This course covers the requirements found in the NFPA 13R Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems in Low-Rise Residential Occupancies and NFPA 13D Standard of the Installation of Sprinkler Systems in 1 & 2 Family Dwellings and Manufactured Homes. This is a comprehensive course covering specific fire protection features including installation and acceptance testing. This course promotes an understanding of the theory and practice of inspecting, testing and maintenance or water-based fire protection systems.
