Overview
This course focuses on the requirements, techniques and procedures, and the technical knowledge needed for the proper installation, operation, and inspection of central station monitoring and acceptance testing, as well as the same necessary to assure the minimum requirements of the International Fire Code, NFPA 72, and all referenced standards are met. This course deals with the use of the code, basic alarm terminology and how to perform various alarm related inspections.
