  • Eat Your Veggies Word Scramble: This quick activity challenges participants to solve vegetable-themed word scrambles.
  • Fats & Oils Quiz: Participants test their nutrition knowledge about fats and oils through a 14-question quiz.
  • Holiday Food Word Search: This seasonal activity challenges participants to find traditional holiday foods in a word search.
  • Label Me Healthy Crossword Puzzle: This crossword puzzle helps participants learn more about nutrition labels and healthy food choices.
  • Taste Test: This activity encourages employees to try new foods by working in teams to guess what they're tasting. Before hosting, be sure to ask participants about food allergies and dietary restrictions.
  • Battle of Air Bands: Move over karaoke! This team activity adds fun and movement by having small groups perform a song using air instruments and lip-syncing.
  • Beach Ball Toss: This interactive activity helps employees learn more about each other by answering questions during a beach ball toss.
  • Charades: Participants act out words or phrases in this classic game that encourages laughter and teamwork.
  • Pass the Baton Relay: Work as a team to complete a walking relay. Each person will complete a leg of the relay.
  • Stretch Break: This activity adds short stretch breaks to meetings or the workday. Stretching supports movement, flexibility, focus and overall well-being.
  • Virtual Scavenger Hunt: Participants race against the clock the find specific items in their office or home workspace.
  • Walking Club: This activity encourages employees to meet regularly for walks. Walking together supports physical health and helps build connections with co-workers.
  • Active Meeting: This activity adds movement to meetings while staying productive. Active meetings can boost energy, creativity and focus.
  • Who or What Am I?: This guessing game has participants wear a card with a character or object and ask others for clues to figure out what is on their card.
  • Physical Activity Trivia: This interactive trivia activity focuses on physical activity topics. 
  • Are You Puzzled?: Employees work together to complete a jigsaw puzzle and practice teamwork.
  • Focus Word Breathing: This simple activity helps participants relax and reduce stress.
  • Getting to Know Your Team: This fun guessing game helps employees learn interesting facts about their co-workers.
  • Gratitude Scavenger Hunt: This easy activity supports cognitive health by encouraging participants to focus on gratitude. It can be completed individually or as a team.
