- Random Acts of Emotional Support: This activity encourages showing care and support for someone who may be going through a tough time at work or at home. Small acts of kindness can lift spirits and support emotional well-being.
- Random Acts of Wellness: This activity offers a simple, low-cost way to recognize employees who are making healthy choices. Visible support can motivate others and help build a positive workplace culture.
- S.M.A.R.T. Goal Setting Worksheet: Use this worksheet to create a clear and realistic S.M.A.R.T. goal. Setting goals can help you stay focused and track your progress.
- Wellness Crossword Puzzle: Have fun while learning more about wellness topics through this crossword puzzle.
- Wellness Wheel Worksheet: This worksheet helps you look at different areas of your well-being and identify where you may want to focus your efforts.
- Working for a Healthier Tennessee Scavenger Hunt: Explore the Working for a Healthier Tennessee website while searching for key resources and information. This activity is a fun way to learn what tools and support are available.
- Word Picture Puzzles: Challenge your mind and give your brain a workout with these picture-based word puzzles.
- Alternative Wellness Solutions Week: Celebrate wellness anywhere by encouraging simple daily activities focused on healthy eating, physical activity, tobacco cessation and well-being.
- Be Kind to Your Mind Wellness Week: Self-care is not selfish. This wellness week focuses on self-care and mental well-being. Participants complete at least one daily activity to support their own needs and emotional health.
- Healthy Habits Scavenger Hunt: Enjoy a fun, at-home activity that encourages healthy choices. Try to "collect" all items on the list within one week.
- How to Host a Wellness Week: Celebrate wellness at work by encouraging daily activities related to healthy eating, physical activity, tobacco cessation and/or well-being.
- ICU (I See You) Challenge: "ICU" is a workplace awareness campaign designed to decrease the stigma associated with mental health and foster a workplace culture that supports emotional health. Together, we can encourage people in emotional distress to reach out for help!
- Just Breathe: This one-week activity helps participants decrease stress by learning and practicing simple breathing techniques.
- National Health Education Week: Help employees increase their health literacy during National Health Education Week, which is the third week of October. This can be celebrated any time of the year.
- Tag You're It!: Increase healthy habits during the workday with your co-workers by completing one of the listed activities, then "tagging" another employee.
- Let's Let Go Activity: This activity helps participants manage worries in a healthy way. Each day, participants set aside a short time to think about their worries and decide what they can control. This can help reduce stress and support emotional well-being.
- Be Your Best Self Challenge: This challenge encourages participants to practice healthy habits that support overall well-being and help them feel their best.
- Catch Some Rays Challenge: The goal of this challenge is to get outside for up to 15 minutes daily to soak up the health benefits of sunlight (vitamin D).
- Happiness Challenge: Participants complete daily activities that support a happier and more fulfilling lifestyle.
- Screen-free Challenge: The goal of this challenge is to reduce screen time and increase screen-free activities over the course of two weeks. Each day, participants track two screen-free activities and their total screen time.
- Shred Your Stress Challenge: Participants complete daily activities designed to help manage and reduce stress.
- Sound Sleep Challenge: This challenge focuses on building healthy sleep habits to support better rest and overall health.
- Waste Less Challenge: This three-week challenge encourages participants to reduce food waste at home by practicing simple, mindful habits each week.
- 10-Minute Challenge: Practice healthy behaviors by eating healthier and moving more, just 10 minutes at a time!
- Celebrate a Healthier You Challenge: Participants complete daily activities that support better health and earn points along the way.
- Financial Fitness Challenge: This challenge helps participants understand their financial health by creating a budget and reviewing spending and saving habits.
- Get Outdoors Challenge: Participants explore simple ways to spend more time outdoors and enjoy the health benefits of nature.
- Give Me a Break Challenge: This challenge encourages using workday breaks to practice healthier habits, helping increase activity and relaxation to boost energy levels.
- Healthy Habits Challenge: By the end of this challenge, participants will be working on four different healthy habits for better health and wellness.
- Healthy Holidays Challenge: This challenge helps participants maintain healthy habits during the busy holiday season.
- Healthy Weight Challenge: Participants focus on reaching a healthier weight by practicing moderation and balance.
- Mind-Body Wellness Challenge: This four-week challenge supports both mental and physical health. The first two weeks focus on the mind, and the last two weeks focus on the body.
- Mindful Meditations Challenge: Participants add short meditation sessions to their day to support focus, calm and productivity using LinkedIn Learning.
- Mindfulness RENEW Challenge: This challenge encourages daily mindfulness by completing at least one mindful activity each day.
- Paving a Positive Pathway: Participants build a more positive mindset by practicing simple, positive daily habits.
- Resilience at Work Challenge: This challenge helps build and reinforce ways to nurture participants' emotional strength at work.
- Road to Wellness Challenge: This self-paced challenge guides participants through six dimensions of wellness, with a focus on building healthy habits that last.
- Self-Care BINGO: Participants increase self-care by completing activities in a row - horizontal, vertical or diagonal.
- S.M.A.R.T. Goal Challenge: Participants create a personal health goal and track progress over four weeks.
- Spring Into Action Challenge: This challenge encourages small, intentional actions that support the mind, body and spirit during the spring season.
- Weight Loss Challenge: Participants work toward a healthier weight realistically by focusing on balance and moderation in this challenge.
