Working for a Healthier Tennessee has created activities and challenges for each of our focus areas. You can use these as-is or customize them for your agency. To request a challenge from the list below, email WFHT.TN@tn.gov.
Once you've completed an activity or challenge, please ask participants to fill out this post-activity survey so we can create the best possible wellness programs and activities for you.
- Kicking the Habit Together - This is a two-week challenge for everyone - whether they use tobacco or not. It's about increasing knowledge of the importance of staying and/or becoming tobacco-free.
- Tobacco Cessation Challenge - Participants will use the tracker to record how many cigarettes, cigars, pipes or smokeless tobacco products they use each day. The goal is to have the fewest points at the end of the challenge.
