July 1: Join the Healthy Summer Recipe Swap! Share a healthier recipe using the recipe swap form or email it to WFHT.TN@tn.gov. You can submit the form multiple times if you have more than one recipe to share. If your recipe has a special story behind it, we'd love to hear it. You could receive a Working for a Healthier Tennessee apron! Looking for inspiration? Browse the recipes on our website.

July 2: Take a 15-minute fitness break at 10 a.m. CT. Download the 15-minute fitness break meeting invite to access the video link in the Microsoft Teams meeting chat.
