Primary Care – BCBST and Cigna

Your primary care provider can also be an important partner in your mental health. If you’re struggling with anxiety or stress, don’t hesitate to start the conversation. Being open about how you feel is the first step toward getting the care you deserve.

Medication Support – CVS Caremark

If you take medicine for anxiety or depression, you can save time and money with your pharmacy benefits. Get a 90-day supply through the CVS Caremark Mail Service or a Retail-90 pharmacy. Wellness Program – Sharecare

Unwinding Anxiety is a program that helps you understand and manage your anxiety. It includes short videos, mindfulness tips, journaling and group support. Go through 30 easy lessons at your own pace. Join weekly expert calls for extra support.
