Black Bean and Avocado Salsa

Image of the recipe for Black Bean and Avocado Salsa: 1 can black beans 2 scallions 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 avocado 1/2 c. fresh cilantro 2 jalapeƱos (seeded for less heat, if desired) 1 clove garlic 1/2 medium white onion kosher salt pepper In a large bowl, combine the jalapeƱos, garlic, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add the beans, scallions, lime juice and oil, and toss to combine. Fold in the avocado and cilantro.
