You can try our free virtual workouts without any commitment. Just pop in, see if it interests you and stay if you want to give it a try! Unless otherwise noted, you don't need a webcam or anything special, and you can adjust the workout to your fitness level.

You can expect a live-streamed workout video handpicked by the Department of Children's Services wellness council members. The equipment needed varies from none to light/medium hand weights.
