Planksgiving

Nov. 3-28

Gradually build your core strength and stability by completing planks for the designated time provided on the November wellness calendar

There’s a plank for all fitness levels. Get tips and modifications on how to do a plank.

Complete this form to choose your level of participation:

  1. Join the Planksgiving Teams chat to connect with your fellow plankers and to receive messages from the Working for a Healthier Tennessee team.
  2. Receive a welcome email to kick things off and a completion email at the end of the challenge. Either way, we're plankful you're here!

At the end of the challenge, let us know how many days you planked. Three participants will receive a prize! Questions? Email us at WFHT.TN@tn.gov
