Season of Thanks Gratitude Challenge, hosted by Sharecare
Nov. 1-30
Answer "Yes" to the challenge question for at least 21 days to meet the challenge goal and earn $25 toward your incentive program.* Plus, the first 100 participants to complete the challenge will receive a gratitude journal.

- Log in to your Sharecare account at stateoftn.sharecare.com
- Select Achieve > Challenges > Season of Thanks Gratitude Challenge > Join
*Active state employees and spouses, who are enrolled in medical insurance with Partners for Health, are eligible to earn up to $250 each ($500 per household) by completing activities in the incentive program.
