Favorite Way to De-stress

April is Stress Awareness Month. Stress is something we all experience, but managing it is key to maintaining a healthy mind and body. Take time to practice self-care. Share your favorite way to de-stress by completing the Favorite Way to De-stress Submission Form by April 30. You could receive a prize! Snap a photo of how you’re de-stressing and send it to WFHT.TN@tn.gov. We’ll spotlight you on the Working for a Healthier Tennessee Facebook page!

Mindful Moments Self-care Challenge, Hosted by Sharecare

Many people will jump at the chance to care for a friend or loved one - yet overlook giving themselves that same attention. Self-care isn't selfish; it's essential. This month, pause, breathe and prioritize your needs.

Answer "yes" to the self-care question for 21 days to meet the challenge goal and earn $25 toward your incentive program.* Plus, the first 100 participants will receive a handheld massage gun.

  1. Log in to your Sharecare account at stateoftn.sharecare.com
  2. Select Achieve > Challenges > Mindful Moments Self-care Challenge > Join Challenge

*Active state employees and spouses, who are enrolled in medical insurance with Partners for Health, are eligible to earn up to $250 each ($500 per household) by completing activities in the incentive program.
