Nature Journaling

Join Wellness Coordinator and Tennessee Naturalist Kristina Giard-Bradford for a virtual nature journaling workshop to recognize Earth Day! Nature journaling is a way to connect with nature and record your thoughts and observations through writing and drawing. No artistic experience or skill needed. Come ready to view pictures of nature and record your thoughts. If you feel comfortable, we’ll share our journal entries to deepen our connection with nature and each other, or you can just listen and be inspired. All you need is something to record your thoughts. Whether you prefer pen and paper or an electronic device, it’s up to you!
