  • Dec. 10: Attend the Loneliness and Your Health webinar from 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. CT for tips on how to alleviate loneliness while feeling more connected.
  • Dec. 11: Gift yourself a Mindfulness Break from 11:15-11:30 a.m. CT.
  • Dec. 12: Turn up the tunes and get festive with one jingle at a time!

Week 3: Keep It Merry, Keep It Moving

Week 4: Silent Nights, Mindful Mornings

  • Dec. 23: Recharge right with these tips for a good night’s sleep.
  • Dec. 24: State holiday: End your day with gentle yoga or stretching.
