TAEP Account Portal

TAEP Account Portal is an account management system that allows TAEP participants to view their TAEP history, contact information, and see status of their application and reimbursement request activity.

Please note that it is not necessary to have an account within the TAEP Account Portal to apply for cost share funding. To setup your TAEP account, you will need a current email address, your TAEP Producer Number (TPN), and your TAEP ID#. You will not be able to setup an account if you have not applied for TAEP before.

ATTENTION:

Reimbursement Request Upload

The upload function will be available starting February 15, 2024 and ending at 11:59 PM CST on the day of the program deadline. Please allow two business days for your reimbursement request to be marked as received within your account.

  • All purchases must be completed before uploading reimbursement request. 
  • All document uploads must be in PDF format. This includes reimbursement documents (Doc A, B, and Form W9), receipts/invoices, and other additional documentation, if applicable. 
  • Pictures may be uploaded in PDF or JPEG format. Pictures of reimbursement documents (Doc A, B, and Form W9) will not be accepted.
  • It is important to upload all of your reimbursement paperwork at the same time. Uploading partial reimbursement requests is discouraged. Refer to reimbursement checklist on Document B.
  • You will receive an email notification, to the email on file, for each upload submitted. This email is proof the upload was received. Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the confirmation email in your inbox.
