Commercial Fertilizer License Application — To authorize someone to distribute a commercial fertilizer in Tennessee.
*NOTE* TDA does not register individual fertilizer products as part of the licensing process.
Soil Amendment Statement
TDA does register soil amendment products that are applied to agricultural field crops in Tennessee through the Pesticide Section. For example, wetting agents, water conditioners, soil treatments, seed treatments, and adjuvants. You will need to send these requests to Pesticide.Products@tn.gov or call us at 615-837-5054.
