The meetings of the OPEB Board of Trustees are subject to the Tennessee Open Meetings Acts. The OPEB Board meeting is held at the time and location noted by the meeting notice below. In addition to live participation, T.C.A. § 8-44-108 allows OPEB Board Trustees to participate by electronic or other means.

Any member of the public wishing to join the meeting may do so by attending in person, by telephone, or by joining electronically via Cisco WebEx according to the instructions included in the meeting notice below.

Any member of the public who wants to provide comment about topic germane to the OPEB Board agenda action item will be permitted to do so by appearing at the meeting in-person, via telephone, or virtually and requesting to speak on the relevant agenda item.
