Hemp Producer, Propagator, Broker Application
A license must be obtained in order to grow hemp in Tennessee.
ALL LICENSES APPLIED FOR NOW WILL EXPIRE 6/30/2024
USDA approves Tennessee's Hemp Plan
The movement of rooted hemp plants and the transport of harvested hemp from the growing area to a processor will require prior approval from the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. Licensees must submit a permit application at least three days in advance of the requested movement.
