Caramel Fruit Dip
Prep time: 5 minutes
- 2/3 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon caramel pudding mix
- Mix non-fat Greek yogurt with caramel pudding mix. (Note: Any pudding mix will work, so you can get creative with different flavors!)
- Chill until ready to eat.
You can dip any fruit you'd like in this dip, such as apples or pears. The nutrition information is using 1 Tablespoons of a full sugar pudding mix and 100-calorie non-fat Greek yogurt.
