Caramel Fruit Dip

Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon caramel pudding mix
Directions:
  1. Mix non-fat Greek yogurt with caramel pudding mix. (Note: Any pudding mix will work, so you can get creative with different flavors!)
  2. Chill until ready to eat.
Notes:

You can dip any fruit you'd like in this dip, such as apples or pears. The nutrition information is using 1 Tablespoons of a full sugar pudding mix and 100-calorie non-fat Greek yogurt.
