Everyday Caesar Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (if eating gluten-free, use a gluten-free version)
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 anchovies
  • Add salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Pulse all ingredients in a blender or mini food processor until blended.

Notes:

Double the recipe and save for tomorrow's salad. Be sure to enjoy it within a week of making, so it's tasty and fresh.
