- Hunter Education is required for those born on or after January 1, 1969
- Unless otherwise listed, dove hunting is open with statewide seasons and bag limits
Capacity may be limited on some fields depending on hunter turnout.
Region 2 Wildlife Management Areas
Crops planted: 100 acres total: 9 acres milo; 20 acres millet bush hogged, 7 acres corn; 1 acres sunflowers
Hunt Dates: Open with statewide seasons. (Season opens at 12:00 noon on September 1). TWRA will assist with parking and field access on opening day only starting at 9:00 am CST.

Hunt Dates: Same as statewide seasons (Season opens at 12:00 noon on September 1). Hunting from designate fields only
Directions: From Ashland City head west on highway 49 crossing the cumberland river bridge. Turn right on bluff creek boat ramp access (Jamestown Road). Turn left onto the gravel road and another left turn into the WMA gate. Fields will be on your left.

Hunt Dates: Closed Sept 1 --- Youth hunt Sept 7; All hunters Sept 9, 14, 21,28. To reserve a spot for youth hunt, contact Officer Hayden Cook, Williamson County Wildlife Officer, information on TWRA website for youth event. Register for event.
Directions: From Exit 42 on 840, travel south on Horton Hwy (41A), take a right at the split which now becomes Hwy31 ALT, and continue straight, cross the Harpeth River and the dove field will be on the left.

Directions: From Clarksville head west on highway 79. Turn left on dotsonville road. At the stop sign turn left on Dunbar. Turn left on chester harris road. Turn at WMA sign and follow field road through gate to dove field.

Hunt Dates: Sept. 1, 2024, and each Saturday and Sunday thereafter, and Labor Day during the first and second segments of the statewide season. Shooting from staked positions only. On Sept. 1, 2024, staked positions will be assigned by a drawing held on-site at 10 a.m. and hunters must check out at the conclusion of their hunt. Successful applicants must be at their staked position at the start of shooting hours. Shooting stakes are first come first serve after Sept 1.

Hunt Dates: Sept 1 @ 12:00 noon. Same as the statewide season. You may not enter the field or reserve hunting locations till 11:00 on opening day.
Directions: From Columbia, Tennessee take US 43S, exit Rt HWY 20, travel 2 miles, turn Left on HWY 240, travel 10 miles, turn on Rt on HWY 241 (Napier Rdoa), travel 2.7miles, the fields on both sides of the road is the dove fields. The address is 276 Napier Road Lawrenceburg, TN 38464.

Hunt Dates: Youth Only Sept 7th , All ages Sept 8th through remainder of season. Must be accompanied by a non-hunting adult 21 or older who is not required to have license.
Directions: From Hwy 64W take Mingo Road 3 miles. The field is on the left.

Hunt Dates: Open Sept 1 (noon) with statewide season.
Directions: From Clarksville head south on highway 13. Turn left on old highway 48 (Marthas Chapel Road). Turn left on Southside road. Follow Southside road into riverbottom. Millet field will be at intersection of Shelton Ferry Road.

Hunt Dates: Open Sept 1 (noon) with statewide season. On opening day, no parking at boat ramp. There are two parking areas, one for each field, park here so TWRA personnel can collect data on the hunt, thank you.
Directions: From highway 50, turn north on Fred White Rd. Continue north until you come to the duck river bridge. The fields are on the right and left just before the boat ramp.
