Agricultural Bid Notice for AEDC Wildlife Management Area

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency announces the intention to award 3 Revenue Leases on agricultural parcels in Franklin and Coffee Counties on AEDC Wildlife Management Area for the term of 5 years.  The agricultural areas to be leased consist of approximately 108, 47, and 62 acres, Farm Service Number 6620: Tracts 13298, 13303, 13308, 13312, 13317, 13336, 13349, 13350, 13801.  Bids will be accepted from January 23 to February 11, 2026.  Submitted bids will be opened at 10:00 am on Friday, February 13, 2026, at the AEDC WMA office.  To receive an invitation to bid or for more information on this leasing program, contact Mark Winland of the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency at 931-967-6101 or 615-879-8304.
