Vocational Rehabilitation Letter of Agreement (LOA)
Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) is responsible for providing vocational rehabilitation services to eligible individuals with disabilities in Tennessee in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and rules. Some services, because of their unique nature, are best provided by Community Rehabilitation Providers (CRP). A Letter of Agreement (LOA) has been developed to describe the functions and responsibilities of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Community Rehabilitation Provider in a joint effort of serving individuals with disabilities. The LOA is a fee-for-service arrangement. Vocational Rehabilitation is under no obligation to use a certain Community Rehabilitation Provider or provide a set number of referrals.
Please note: VR is not accepting LOA applications at this time. Please email Janie Hadley with your contact information to be added to the Prospective LOA list.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Janie Hadley at Janie.Hadley@tn.gov or (615) 313-4930.
Please note: Client Progress Reports contain information on individual clients and are sent to the referring VR counselor. Program Reports are Excel spreadsheet format that are cumulative and include all clients who have been provided that particular service during calendar year 2019. These reports are submitted quarterly to VRreports.DHS@tn.gov. The due dates are: January 15th, April 15th, July 15th, and October 15th.
