Now Available for Public Comment: 2026 SSBG Intended Use Plan
The draft 2026 SSBG Intended Use Plan is currently available for public comment and can be viewed by clicking here. Public comments can be submitted throughout the plan development process beginning on August 4, 2025, and after the Public Hearing, which will take place on August 21, 2025. The Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) program provides personal support (homemaker) services to APS clients suffering from abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Personal support services provides limited in-home assistance to help participants remain in their own homes and live independently. The program is administered through contracts with an established network of non-profit agencies and local governments, serving all 95 counties.
