Operators
In 2023, the Water & Wastewater Operator Certification Board began delivering renewal applications digitally.
This means a certified operator should expect their invoices to come electronically to the email address they last updated their operator record with. The two links below share how this works and help you navigate paying your renewal online.
This form only for Municipal Dischargers. It is not meant to be used by decentralizedsystems or small domestic wastewater facilities.
The links below are resources to help you navigate the new process.
The Tennessee Water and Wastewater Operator Certification Act requires wastewater systems to report the name of the person(s) in direct charge of the wastewater treatment plant and the wastewater collection system to the Board by August 1st each year, Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. (“Rule[s]”) Chapter § 0400-49-01-.04(4).
The Division of Water Resources has implemented a new MyTDEC form to submit this information.
