Physical Activity

Movement is good for both your body and mind. Regular physical activity can help lower stress, improve mood and reduce anxiety and depression. When employees have opportunities to be active, they often feel better and stay more focused. Physical activity can also help lower the risk of conditions such as heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, obesity, depression and even early death. Even small amounts of movement can make a great difference.

Healthy Eating

Healthy eating starts with making informed food choices. Better nutrition can help lower the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, some cancers and obesity. Work stress can sometimes lead to unhealthy eating habits. When workplaces offer and encourage healthy eating options, employees are more likely to make choices that support their health.

Well-being

Many studies show a direct link between productivity and general health and well-being. When people feel well, they're better able to focus, manage stress and do their best work. Well-being includes many parts of life, such as mental, emotional and financial health, among others. We recognize that overall health is more than just physical. That's why we encourage activities and programs that support the whole person.
