Honey Vanilla Yogurt Dip
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ~5 cups of fruit of choice (such as green or red grapes, sliced bananas, thinly sliced red or green apple)
- In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey and vanilla extract.
- Serve with the fruit.
This super simple, three-ingredient dip can be put together in minutes! It's perfect for a fast after-school snack or even a quick breakfast before you head out the door for the day.
Because Greek yogurt has a thicker consistency than regular yogurt, it makes for the better choice for a dip. However, plain yogurt can be substituted - just expect a slightly thinner dip.
