Honey Vanilla Yogurt Dip

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ~5 cups of fruit of choice (such as green or red grapes, sliced bananas, thinly sliced red or green apple)
Directions:
  1. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey and vanilla extract.
  2. Serve with the fruit.
Notes:

This super simple, three-ingredient dip can be put together in minutes! It's perfect for a fast after-school snack or even a quick breakfast before you head out the door for the day.

Because Greek yogurt has a thicker consistency than regular yogurt, it makes for the better choice for a dip. However, plain yogurt can be substituted - just expect a slightly thinner dip.
