Virgin Piña Colada

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 cup canned coconut cream
  • Liquid stevia (or other sweetener) to taste

Directions:

  1. Place the pineapple juice, frozen pineapple, and coconut cream in the blender. Turn on and blend until smooth.
  2. If you would like your piña colada sweeter, blend in a few drops of stevia to taste.
