Virgin Piña Colada
Prep Time: 3 minutes
- 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cup canned coconut cream
- Liquid stevia (or other sweetener) to taste
- Place the pineapple juice, frozen pineapple, and coconut cream in the blender. Turn on and blend until smooth.
- If you would like your piña colada sweeter, blend in a few drops of stevia to taste.
