Fresh Veggie Sandwich
Prep Time: 5 minutes
- 2 slices bread (whole grain recommended)
- ¼ cup lettuce
- 2 slices tomato
- 4 slices cucumber
- 4 slices radishes
- 1 tbsp hummus
- Wash and prep all produce according to ingredient list.
- Spread the hummus on your bread and pile the vegetables on top.
You can swap the hummus for guacamole or for your favorite dip or spread.
