Fresh Veggie Sandwich

  • 2 slices bread (whole grain recommended)
  • ¼ cup lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 4 slices radishes
  • 1 tbsp hummus
  1. Wash and prep all produce according to ingredient list.
  2. Spread the hummus on your bread and pile the vegetables on top.

You can swap the hummus for guacamole or for your favorite dip or spread.
