LEA Policies

The Tennessee Public Charter School Commission establishes rules, policies, and LEA policies governing its work as the entity that hears charter school appeals and its work as a charter school authorizer and LEA. LEA policies and procedures voted on by the Charter Commission govern the Commission’s work as an LEA, and these policies and procedures only apply to the charter schools operating within the Charter Commission school district.
