Policies

The Tennessee Public Charter School Commission establishes rules, policies, and LEA policies governing its work as the entity that hears charter school appeals and its work as a charter school authorizer and LEA. Policies voted on by the Charter Commission govern the Commission’s work as an appellate body and as a charter school authorizer.
