Rules
The Tennessee Public Charter School Commission establishes rules, policies, and LEA policies governing its work as the entity that hears charter school appeals and its work as a charter school authorizer and LEA. Rules are approved by the Charter Commission and filed with the Secretary of State following review by the Attorney General, and are ultimately published in the Tennessee Administrative Register.
