Announcement to Providers:

Beginning November 1, 2025, Renaissance will become TennCare's new Dental Benefits Manager (DBM). Renaissance will be reaching out to dental providers with additional information and credentialing ahead of the go-live date to ensure a smooth transition.

If you won’t be part of the TennCare network after November 1, please let patients know when they call to make an appointment. This helps prevent them from getting unexpected charges after the change.

For more provider information on this transition, send an email with your name and question to Renaissance at ProviderInquiry@renaissancefamily.com.

We deeply appreciate your commitment to serving TennCare members and helping ensure access to quality oral health care across Tennessee. Thank you for your continued partnership.
