It is required that ALL TennCare provider enrollments are revalidated every 3 years.
*Did you know that if any “update” is submitted to us this will push out the revalidation due date? For example: If you are not required to revalidate until 06/01/2023. If you login and submit your updated licenses within the portal on 06/01/2022 you will receive a new revalidation due date of 06/01/2025.

CAQH ProView application submission is required to revalidate all individual providers. Make required updates for the individual provider registration by logging in and submitting to CAQH ProView such as:
- Professional licenses
- Practice location change or addition
- Credentialing information
