Captain Kevin Kimbrough

Kevin Kimbrough, a Morristown, Tennessee, native, serves as the Tennessee Highway Patrol Captain for District 5 (Fall Branch), where he commands daily operations across 14 counties in Upper East Tennessee. Captain Kimbrough joined the Tennessee Highway Patrol following honorable service in the United States Marine Corps, carrying forward a bedrock of discipline, decisive leadership, and unwavering commitment to public service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Austin Peay State University and is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command as well as the National Forensics Academy. His advanced training, operational expertise, and strategic leadership continue to strengthen the district’s readiness and performance. In his limited personal time, Captain Kimbrough finds his greatest fulfillment in the presence of his granddaughters, whose influence underscores the purpose behind his service.
