Requesting an E-Ticket allows a customer to virtually place themselves in line before arriving at a Driver Services Center. An E-Ticket is not an appointment and does not guarantee a customer be seen at a specific time.

  • After successfully requesting an E-Ticket, customers will have two hours to arrive and check in at the selected center.
  • If all E-Tickets have been allotted for a time period, please check back or make an appointment.
  • If you make an appointment, you do not need to request an E-Ticket.
