Report Fraud, Waste, or Abuse
QAD's primary mission is to promote integrity, accountability, and efficiency in all operations. QAD strives to prevent, detect, and investigate instances of fraud, waste, and abuse in all divisions of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security including Driver Services and the Tennessee Highway Patrol. Through compliance monitoring of high-risk areas and proactive investigations, QAD safeguards public trust, protects citizens’ identities, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
Help protect public resources by reporting instances of fraud, waste, or abuse.
