Agenda

The meetings of the State, Local Education and Local Government Insurance Committees are subject to the Tennessee Open Meeting Act. Insurance Committee meetings are held at the times and locations noted in each meeting notice below. In addition to live participation, T.C.A. § 8-44-108 allows Insurance Committee members to participate by electronic or other means.

Any member of the public wishing to join the meeting may do so by attending in person, by telephone, or by joining electronically via Webex according to the instructions included in each meeting notice below.

Any member of the public who wants to provide comment about a topic germane to an Insurance Committee agenda action item will be permitted to do so by appearing at the meeting in person, via telephone, or virtually and requesting to speak on the relevant agenda item.
