Fuel Quality Waivers

In accordance with 0080-05-12-.02, the Tennessee Department of Agriculture recognizes the implementation of the USEPA waiver “Re: National Fuel Waiver to Create Single National Gasoline Pool” as applicable and effective in Tennessee, August 9 to August 28, 2026.

The Department also recognizes the implementation of USEPA waiver "Re: National Fuel Waiver to Bring Forward Wintertime Gasoline Beginning September 1, 2026" as applicable and effective on August 20, 2026.
