Fuel Quality Waivers

In accordance with 0080-05-12-.02, the Tennessee Department of Agriculture recognizes the implementation of the USEPA waiver “Re: July 20, 2024, E15 Reid Vapor Pressure Fuel Waiver” as applicable and effective in Tennessee, July 20 – August 8, 2024.
