Fuel Quality Waivers

In accordance with 0080-05-12-.02, the Tennessee Department of Agriculture recognizes the implementation of the USEPA waiver “Re: National Fuel Waiver to Create Single National Gasoline Pool” as applicable and effective in Tennessee, May 01 – May 20, 2026.
