Fuel Quality Waivers

In accordance with 0080-05-12-.02, the Tennessee Department of Agriculture recognizes the implementation of the USEPA waiver “Re: National Fuel Waiver to Create Single National Gasoline Pool” as applicable and effective in Tennessee, July 20 to August 8, 2026.
