In accordance with 0080-05-12-.02, the Tennessee Department of Agriculture recognizes the implementation of the USEPA waiver “Re: National Fuel Waiver to Create Single National Gasoline Pool” as applicable and effective in Tennessee, June 10 – June 29, 2026.
