SNAP Outreach Partner Network

Tennessee’s SNAP Outreach grant funds are administered by the Tennessee Department of Human Services (TDHS) in partnership with local organizations across the state. These partners help inform eligible individuals and families about SNAP benefits and eligibility requirements. The SNAP Outreach partner network also assists Tennesseans with the SNAP application process.

Partners offer pre-screening and application assistance through a variety of service models, including community outreach events, assistance hotlines, food bank collaborations, and direct engagement. Visit each partner’s website to learn more about their SNAP Outreach efforts.
