To verify SNAP or TANF  benefit information (out of state inquiries, dual participation alerts, etc.) please email your request to: FA.OutofStateInquiry.DHS@tn.gov.

In the email, please provide the specific details and reason for your request, including information to help TDHS identify the customer and the customer’s current mailing address.
