Do you feel you need to file a complaint with us regarding child support services you have received?

The Department of Human Services (DHS) administers the Child Support Program.  The services are provided through local district attorneys, DHS staff and private agencies under contract with the state.  Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service to those seeking these services as we work together to promote parental responsibility to meet the financial needs of children and their families.

If you have a child support case with Tennessee's Child Support Program, and you believe that you have not been provided with the level or quality of service to which you are entitled under the rules and regulations of the Tennessee Department of Human Services or the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement, you may wish to file a complaint.
