This New Year, uncover ways to be physically active that are enjoyable to YOU. Each week you’ll have a different task to try. You’ll also have an opportunity to reflect on how you felt about the week’s tasks. Then you’ll rate whether you enjoyed it! Don’t worry if you don’t do each task perfectly – just give it your best effort and don’t forget to have fun.

Eating Mindfully Can Help This Holiday

Mindful Eatting

During the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, it can be a challenge to take a break and savor the moment, including when we enjoy meals or snacks. Eating mindfully can be helpful in several ways. These include feeling fuller sooner, which means eating less, allowing more appreciation for food, and having an opportunity to slow down.

Try this 10-minute Mindful Eating Meditation and share what you learned from the exercise.
