Pest Control Charters

The Tennessee Department of Agriculture has a new, secure, online portal for accessing the status of your charter, your reported employees, and your reported employees’ Continuing Education Units (CEUs). 

It is located here:  https://tnlcp.lcp.tracefirst.com/portal/users/sign_in.  

Once you are at the login screen, if you have an email address on file with TDA, click “Forgot your password?”, then enter your email address and click on the “Send reset password link” to receive further instructions.  

To use a different email or provide a new email, please click on the "Sign Up" button, and enter the email address and a password.  You will need to call 615-837-5148 for assistance in linking the provided email address to your business.

Instruction on How to View a Charter’s Technicians

• Once you have logged into the portal, you will see ‘Charters’ under the Pesticides Program.  At the end of that row, on the right, click on the ‘Show’ button.
• Next, go to the upper left corner of the screen and to the right of the house symbol, and click on ‘Core LCP’ dropdown and select ‘Portal Businesses’.
• Next, on the line displaying your business, click on the ‘View’.
• Next, click on the ‘Associations’ button to view your technicians.
