Each year, we must see if you still qualify for our programs. Did you get a letter and a Renewal Packet in the mail? Fill out the Renewal Packet that came in the mail with your letter. Be sure to answer all the questions that you can and send us the proof we asked for in the Renewal Packet. Sending us proof with your packet can help us make a faster decision on your coverage.
We will use your answers to see if you can keep your coverage. The kind of coverage you have may change. To decide, we will look at things like your age, household income, how many people live with you, and if you have other insurance.
Did you get a letter in the mail saying that you have not returned your renewal packet by the deadline? Here is what you can do:
- You can complete your renewal packet and mail it back to the address on the packet.
- Download the Foreign Language Assistance page if you need help in another language.

- Lost your Renewal Packet,
- Need more help, or
