Note: The CoverRx Prescription Benefit Manager (PBM) is changing on January 1, 2020, to OptumRx. New OptumRx I.D. Cards will be mailed to active members in early December 2019. CoverRx is a prescription drug program designed to assist those who have no pharmacy coverage, but have a need for medication. CoverRx provides participants affordable access to more than 200 generic medications in addition to some name brands of insulin, mental health medications, and naloxone products.

CoverRx is not health insurance and will not cover doctor's visits or hospitalizations. CoverRx has no monthly premiums, just affordable copays (see Benefits Tab for detail).

Only individuals, ages 19-64, with incomes at or below 138% of the federal poverty level are eligible for CoverRx benefits.
