Program Development & Administration Office

The Planning Program Development and Administration Office supports the division by overseeing contract development, invoicing, accounts payable, and the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). It's mission is to streamline these processes so state and federal funding can be accessed more quickly and efficiently.
