Request a Speaker

The Tennessee Department of Transportation has an impact either directly or indirectly in the lives of all Tennesseans. Whether we are constructing or maintaining our highway system, inspecting airports or rail lines, or addressing congestion through the new TDOT SmartWay system, we know there is an interest in our responsibilities, our decisions and our activities; therefore, we have created this Speakers Bureau to respond to requests from organizations wanting to learn more about TDOT.

A by-product of sharing information with the public is a deeper understanding of how we keep Tennesseans moving.

How to Request a Speaker:

Requests for speakers must be made at least one month in advance.  Information listed on the online Speaker Request Form must accompany all requests whether by phone, mail or email.
