Tennessee Aircraft/Helicopter Tax and Transfer Reporting Requirement
Tennessee Code Annotated 42-1-113 requires any person or dealer who sells an aircraft in the state, any purchaser who purchases an aircraft in the state, and every resident of the state who purchases an aircraft in Tennessee, to provide certain information to the Tennessee Department of Revenue via the Affidavit of Transfer of Aircraft/Helicopter.
