The commissioner of Environment and Conservation or designee and the commissioner of Tourist Development or designee shall serve as ex officio members of the commission. The commission is required to meet at least once every six months to perform its functions.

The statute authorizing this board expires June 30, 2022 and the one-year wind-down period begins.
