FedEx Label Request
The C. E. Kord Animal Health Laboratory (Kord) offers FedEx priority overnight labels at a discounted rate of $25.00 per shipment label. Shipping labels will be billed after the label has been scanned by FedEx. Shipping charges will be applied to your next monthly statement. FedEx labels will be emailed once a request is received and processed. Shipping label requests entered before 4:00 pm Central typically receive shipping labels the same day. Any request made after hours (or on weekends) will be fulfilled on the following business day. (See the FedEx Shipping Labels Guidelines on how to package biological material.) Kord Lab only accepts packages Monday through Friday. Do not ship packages on Friday. Kord lab will not be available to receive samples on Saturday. Failure to ship following Department of Transportation (DOT) rules will result in a $25.00 biohazard fee.

- The creation of a label does not automatically schedule a FedEx pickup. To schedule a pickup call 1.800.463.3339 or visit your nearest FedEx store.
